We accept PIX, credit cards, debit cards and cash. For groups: to keep the quality and privacy of a private tour, we don't use vans or buses. Larger groups are split across our partner drivers, each with their own closed car, at the standard price of R$ 350 per car (up to 4 people in each vehicle).
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance get a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours, a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or on the day, no refund.
In case of bad weather, we reschedule your tour at no cost or you can choose a full refund. Your safety comes first.
Yes, all our tours include air-conditioned transport from Natal. We pick you up at hotels and guesthouses anywhere in Greater Natal; outside that area, there may be an extra cost, arranged on WhatsApp.
No tour includes meals. We stop at places with restaurants along the route, and the cost is paid on site.
We recommend sunscreen, a hat, swimwear, a towel, water and comfortable shoes. For buggy tours, bring sunglasses and a light top for the wind.
