This Privacy Policy explains how Cabra da Peste Tour (CNPJ 68.685.626/0001-12) collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of people who visit this website or contact us, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD). The Portuguese version of this policy prevails in case of any discrepancy.

• Data you provide in the contact form: name, phone number and/or email, the tour you're interested in and the message you write.
• Browsing data collected automatically by analytics tools (such as pages visited and where the visit came from), used in aggregate to understand how the website is used.

2. How we use your data

We use the data we collect to reply to your messages, organize tour quotes and bookings, and improve the browsing experience on the website. We don't use your personal data for any other purpose without your consent.

3. Data sharing

When you send the contact form, your message goes directly to our WhatsApp — so its content also passes through WhatsApp/Meta's infrastructure, subject to their privacy policy. We also use an analytics service for website audience metrics, loaded only with your consent (section 4). We don't sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies and measurement

The site needs no cookies to work. What it keeps in your browser is the minimum for the experience you asked for: your “My trip” favorites, the language you picked and the state of the chat window. That stays on your device and never goes to any advertiser.

Only with your permission do we load:

• Google Ads tag (gtag): measures how many WhatsApp conversations start on the site and enables remarketing;
• Vercel Analytics: counts visits per page, with no cookie and without identifying you.

Until you choose, Google Consent Mode stays at “denied” and neither tag is loaded at all. You can review your choice at any time through the “Cookies” link in the footer of any page.
