We recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability, especially in high season. Bookings are made on our WhatsApp: just send us the tour, the date and how many people are coming.
We accept PIX, credit cards, debit cards and cash.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance get a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours, a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or on the day, no refund.
In case of bad weather, we reschedule your tour at no cost or you can choose a full refund. Your safety comes first.
Yes! Our tour prices are per car (up to 4 people), not per person: children don't pay separately, but they take a seat in the car. If you need a child seat, let us know when you book. Entrance fees and boat trips paid on site follow each attraction's own rules.
Yes, all our tours include air-conditioned transport from Natal. We pick you up at hotels and guesthouses anywhere in Greater Natal; outside that area, there may be an extra cost, arranged on WhatsApp.
No tour includes meals. We stop at places with restaurants along the route, and the cost is paid on site.
We recommend sunscreen, a hat, swimwear, a towel, water and comfortable shoes. For buggy tours, bring sunglasses and a light top for the wind.
The Buggy Tour (Genipabu) price varies by season (high or low season). In these cases, we work out the exact price with you on WhatsApp before confirming.
The Maracajaú tour depends on the tide table (the natural pools only show up at certain times). In that case, we confirm the exact time 1 to 2 days before the tour. Galinhos has a fixed departure time.
