By browsing this website or requesting a quote or booking, you agree to the terms below. The Portuguese version of these terms prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. About the company

Cabra da Peste Tour is a local tour agency operating in Natal and across Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, offering tours, transfers and itineraries led by local driver-guides.

2. Use of the website

The content of this website — text, photos, itineraries and other materials — is for information purposes, to present our tours and make it easy to contact us. You agree to use it in good faith, without attempting to breach its security or extract content for your own commercial purposes without permission.

3. Quotes and bookings

Requests made through the website (contact form) start a conversation via WhatsApp, phone or email. A tour booking is only confirmed after dates, prices, payment method and availability have been agreed directly with our team. Prices, itineraries and times shown on the website are for reference and may vary with the season, the number of people and weather conditions.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance get a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours before the tour, the refund is 50%. Less than 24 hours before or on the day, there is no refund. If the weather makes the tour unsafe, we reschedule at no cost or, if you prefer, give you a full refund. Entrance fees, boat trips and other services paid directly on site follow each provider's own rules.

5. Customer responsibilities

When booking a tour, you agree to provide accurate information (number of participants, relevant health restrictions, meeting point, etc.) and to follow the safety instructions given by the driver-guide during the tour.

6. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to provide safe tours as agreed, but we are not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, road closures or decisions by local authorities.

7. Intellectual property

The brand, logo, text, photos and other materials on this website belong to Cabra da Peste Tour or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without prior consent.

8. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the courts of Natal/RN are chosen to settle any disputes, unless the law provides otherwise.
